This year are keeping a close eye on Ralph Rucci and what is being presented to the fashion world. For Rucci’s 2014 Resort lineup we saw an inspiring combination of both new styles and updated classics walk the runway. From a Rorschach-inspired print, hand-painted onto both silk jersey dresses and cotton canvas coats and jackets, to his new dabbling in knitwear, Rucci’s collection—masterfully put together with garments for any occasion—is strikingly beautiful.

Personally, what we love so much about Rucci is his capability of overcoming what others might consider limitations: changing seasons, swift altering fashion styles, and himself. Valuing each handmade garment with the love of another being gives each piece he creates an alluring sense of seduction.

Rucci’s glamorous designs also include a plentitude of fur; last year we saw an explosion of textural and vividly bold colors strut down his Fall 2013 ready-to-wear runway show. With all of Rucci’s newly inspired and updated 2014 designs we have to wonder, what can we expect for furs this year?
